I've seen this described as the Airborne Eagle or Soaring Eagle token.
Inscription: ANTHAR / SILBA (Non Silba Sed Anthar, which means "Not for self but for others")
and
SYMWAO / MIAFA (Spend your money with Americans only, Made in America for Americans)
I have also seen MIAFA translated as "My Interests are for America".
